Q1: The purpose of this document is to assess the risk in (and or on) a selected area.

Q2: This document might me used in the film/ T.V industries to assess:

• Health and Safety concerns
• Parking or equipment access
• Electrical outlets/power supplies
• Available lighting sources (natural and artificial) 
• Requirement of permissions to film on site
• Viability in creating a suitable and intended atmosphere
• Space and filming possibilities.
• Area for shooting, cast, equipment
